The Event
Last weekend, our team had the pleasure of delivering a full hospitality experience at a beautiful private home—complete with a bespoke cocktail bar, a flowing canapé reception, and a seamless hot bowl food service that kept guests mingling, chatting, and celebrating all night long.
From start to finish, it was an evening built around atmosphere, flavor, and effortless service.
The Food
For the food, our hosts chose a delicious selection of canapés that offered something for every palate. Guests enjoyed mini Yorkshire puddings filled with tender beef and horseradish, sticky satay chicken, falafels topped with hummus and pickled onion, sticky teriyaki sausages, and flaky tomato, basil and Parmesan palmiers—perfect bite-sized treats that were easy to enjoy while mingling. Later in the evening, we moved into our bowl food service, offering smaller portions so guests could try a few different dishes as we circulated through the party. The menu featured indulgent mac and cheese with crispy bacon and spring onion, a hearty three-bean chilli served with rice and tortillas, and a fragrant Thai chicken curry with rice and prawn crackers—expertly prepared by our talented Thai chef, Rung.
