The Event
Another setup in a field! For this event, we hired out one of our marquees and set up our kitchen inside. This is a great option for venues that don’t have a kitchen on site. We set up a generator to run our equipment and brought large water canisters for running water. There’s no lack of facilities that we can’t overcome!
The event took place at Embers campsite in Leighton Buzzard. It was a large company’s team-building day. They had a lovely big tent set up where various activities took place, from painting to obstacle courses.
The Food
We served a hot lunch buffet featuring jacket potatoes with an abundance of topping options. Guests could choose from three-bean vegan chilli, BBQ pulled pork, baked beans, tuna mayo, and cheese, all accompanied by a vibrant rainbow salad. We also provided a selection of filled wraps.
