The Event
This stunning wedding was held in a marquee in the garden of a private house. We catered for 80 guests, who enjoyed a canapé and drinks reception followed by a two-course sit-down meal. The marquee was tastefully decorated with an elegant white theme. We prepared and served the food, as well as running the bar until the end of the night. It’s always a pleasure to be a small part of someone’s big day!
The Food
The couple chose a selection of our canapé offerings, opting for mini Yorkshire puddings with beef and horseradish, baked falafels, honey and mustard sausages, and mini spring rolls. For the main course, they selected a choice of stuffed pork fillet with mushrooms and a cider jus, chicken breast in a creamy white wine sauce, or a vegan roasted vegetable pithivier.
