The Event
This was a beautiful birthday celebration for 80 people at a private home in Pinner. A lovely marquee had been set up, and we dressed the tables with the tablecloths we provided, using the customer’s crockery and decorations. We strive to make the events we cater for as relaxed and stress-free as possible by dressing and laying the tables ourselves. The customer provided all the alcohol and soft drinks, and we set up a staffed bar that we managed throughout the afternoon and evening.
The Food
We served a Mediterranean-inspired cold fork buffet featuring minted lamb koftas, poached salmon with pomegranate, Turkish chicken kebabs, halloumi kebabs, spicy tofu koftas, hummus, tzatziki, Greek-style salad, and herby tabbouleh.
