Our menus aren’t thrown together. They’re built from experience, knowledge, and a lot of time spent in the kitchen.
Every dish on our menus has been tried, tested, and refined. We don’t just pick popular items and hope they work together — we carefully design our menus so the dishes complement one another, creating a balanced and enjoyable spread for your event.
We also know that no two events are the same. That’s why our menus are deliberately varied, giving plenty of choice so they can suit everything from small gatherings to large celebrations.
Each year we refresh the menus in our brochure. Food trends change, tastes evolve, and we like to keep things exciting. Updating our menus allows us to introduce new ideas, seasonal inspiration, and fresh flavours while still keeping the dishes we know people love.
For larger events, we take things even further.
Alongside our set menus, we offer a bespoke service where we can design something completely unique for you. If you have a theme, a favourite dish, or a specific idea in mind, we can work with you to create a menu that fits your event perfectly.
Over the years we’ve created many custom menus and one-off dishes for clients — and below are just a few examples of bespoke
menus and items we’ve produced.
Gluten-free challah
For example, we once catered a fork buffet for a Jewish celebration. One of the challenges was finding gluten-free challah, the traditional braided bread that’s such an important part of many Jewish occasions. After searching, the client simply couldn’t find a gluten-free version that worked for the event.
So we made it ourselves.
Earth Day event
We designed a buffet focused around whole foods, seasonal ingredients, and locally grown produce. The idea was to create a menu that celebrated fresh, natural food while keeping the environmental impact in mind. We built the dishes around vegetables, grains, and other wholesome ingredients, working with produce that was locally sourced where possible. The result was a colourful, vibrant buffet that not only suited the theme of the event but also showed how thoughtful, sustainable food can still feel generous, exciting, and full of flavour.
French-style cakes

For one wedding, where one half of the couple was French, we created a table of French-style cakes to reflect that part of their story. Instead of a single large cake, the display featured a selection of classic French-inspired bakes, creating a beautiful dessert table for guests to enjoy. It added a personal touch to the celebration and brought a little piece of French pâtisserie to the wedding, making the dessert course feel both elegant and meaningful.
Chinese New Year
For a Chinese New Year celebration, we created a buffet inspired by traditional flavours and dishes associated with the festival. The menu was designed to reflect the spirit of the occasion, focusing on foods that symbolise prosperity, luck, and togetherness. We incorporated a range of vibrant dishes so guests could enjoy a variety of flavours and textures, creating a festive spread that suited the celebration while still being freshly prepared in our kitchen. It was a wonderful example of how a menu can be shaped around a cultural celebration to make the event feel even more meaningful.
