Lebanese-inspired grazing boards – Northwood

Our Lebanese-inspired grazing boards were created to bring a vibrant, sharing-style experience to the table, filled with fresh flavours and colourful ingredients. Guests enjoyed creamy hummus and smoky baba ghanoush (both dairy free), served alongside warm flatbreads, mini pittas, and sesame breadsticks for dipping and scooping. Crisp carrot sticks, cucumber batons, cherry tomatoes, radishes, and sweet red and yellow peppers added freshness and crunch, while bowls of mixed olives and gherkins offered a tangy contrast. Each guest had a stuffed vine leaf and falafel, complemented by grilled halloumi cubes and generous blocks of feta for a savoury balance. To finish, the boards were brightened with grapes, orange slices, apricots, and raisins, then garnished with fresh mint, a sprinkle of pomegranate seeds, and lemon wedges for a final burst of colour and flavour. The result was a beautiful, abundant spread designed for relaxed grazing and sharing.
