People often see the busy weekends in catering — the packed vans, the large events, and the final polished setup. But what many don’t see is the hard work happening all week behind the scenes.
Over the last week alone, we’ve delivered food every single day, with a minimum of five corporate catering deliveries daily to local businesses. Most days, we’re feeding more than 150 people across meetings, offices, and events.
From fully stocked fridges and loaded vans to the growing mountains of washing up at the end of the day, it’s all part of keeping our kitchen moving and maintaining the high standards we pride ourselves on. By the end of the week, we’re not only continuing our daily corporate deliveries, but also starting preparation for the large weekend events ahead. It makes for some long days, but it’s all part of keeping everything running smoothly.
The consistent support from our corporate clients is what allows us to keep our experienced and valued team working throughout the year — not just during the busy event weekends. Having regular weekday catering means we can continue investing in quality staff, fresh ingredients, and reliable service for every customer we serve.
We managed to capture a few quick behind-the-scenes photos during the rush this week. They’re not the polished event shots people usually see — just the reality of busy kitchens, packed fridges, loaded vans, and the washing up that somehow never ends.
