A Busy Week of Grazing Tables

Tuesday 8th September 2026

There’s something about a beautifully styled grazing table that instantly brings people together. Generous, colourful and full of choice, they create a real centrepiece for an event while giving guests the freedom to help themselves and enjoy a little bit of everything.

Grazing tables are a brilliant option for all kinds of occasions. They’re relaxed and sociable, look impressive when guests arrive and, with plenty of different flavours and options to choose from, there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Last week was a busy one for grazing, with three large grazing tables heading out for three separate events. Although each followed a similar style, every table was put together for its own occasion, with small changes to the menu, presentation and setup to suit each event.

Here’s a look at what we created…

A Relaxed Wedding Grazing Table

Our first grazing table of the week was for a lovely couple celebrating their wedding at Hazlemere Golf Club, with a generous spread for 60 guests.

We arrived before the celebrations began and set everything up ready for the guests, including serving tongs, plates, napkins and wooden cutlery. Once everything was beautifully laid out, we could leave the happy couple and their guests to relax, help themselves and graze throughout the celebration.

It’s one of the reasons grazing tables work so well for a relaxed wedding. There’s no formal sit-down service or waiting for courses – just high-quality food, plenty of choice and a beautiful showpiece for guests to gather around and enjoy.

With everything taken care of and the washing up collected the following morning, it was an easy, informal and stress-free way to cater for their wedding meal.

Grazing Boards to Keep the Party Going

Our second grazing job of the week was another lovely wedding, this time held in a charming church hall in Amersham.

For lunch, we delivered one of our cold fork buffets for the guests to enjoy, followed by pre-plattered grazing boards for the evening. The grazing boards were prepared and presented on disposable platters, ready to serve with no setting up needed.

We popped the finished platters straight into the couple’s refrigerated trailer, ready for them to bring out later in the evening whenever their guests started to get hungry again.

It was a simple and flexible way to keep everyone well fed and the party going, without needing a set serving time or any extra fuss.

Grazing Under an Aeroplane!

Our final grazing table of the week took us to the Battle of Britain Bunker in Uxbridge for another lovely wedding – certainly a more unusual wedding setting, but we love the unusual, especially when it makes our couples happy!

Just before the ceremony, we got to work setting up the grazing table ready for the guests to enjoy afterwards. This one came with a first for us – setting up a grazing table right underneath an aeroplane!

The table was ready for everyone to dive into after the ceremony, giving guests plenty to graze on and keeping them going until the pizza van arrived later that evening.

The lovely couple also chose to make their table a little more substantial by adding some of our yummy homemade extras – sage, apricot and pork sausage rolls and cheese, sun-dried tomato and basil palmiers.

A brilliant setting, a beautiful wedding and definitely one of the more memorable places we’ve set up a grazing table!
