The Event
This was a lovely private party for one of our regular customers – a family we’ve had the pleasure of catering for many times and always enjoy working with. The event was held at an intimate venue set by a lake. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t allow us to showcase this beautiful feature, but that certainly didn’t dampen the spirits of the day.
The Food
The catering consisted of a simple finger buffet, featuring a variety of delicious sandwiches, savoury snacks, fresh fruits, and cakes. As it was a Kiddush-style event, we adapted the menu accordingly, replacing the usual sausage rolls with a tasty vegan alternative. We also served homemade porcini mushroom arancini, which were a huge hit.
