The Event
We recently had the pleasure of providing our fork buffet services at Tylers Green Village Hall for a very special 25th wedding anniversary celebration. The hall made a fantastic venue — wonderfully spacious and complete with a stage that added to the evening’s atmosphere. Our customer and his band performed two wonderful sets filled with 80s classics, creating an incredible soundtrack that had everyone dancing along while we prepared and served throughout the night. It was a truly memorable event, and we were delighted to be part of such a joyful milestone.
The Food
The guests enjoyed an abundant and beautifully presented fork buffet spread, starting with generous cheese and meat platters accompanied by crackers, fresh bread, and butter. A selection of quiches added to the variety, including Quiche Lorraine, salmon and asparagus, and onion and goat’s cheese. They also enjoyed pork pies, teriyaki sausages, and a colourful range of salads such as herb coleslaw, heritage tomato salad, creamy potato salad, and a vibrant green salad. For pudding, we served berry pavlovas, chocolate brownies, chocolate tart, French apple tarts, and apricot frangipane tarts, all elegantly displayed on our smart melamine platters.
