One of our regular corporate customers in Marlow asked us to bring something special to the table, so we turned our kitchen into a Corn-ish pasty shop for the day! It was such a fun experience! We made our pastry from scratch and got rolling. We offered a traditional pasty filled with onion, potato, swede, and steak, as well as a vegan version with soya protein and a rich, umami-packed gravy. We served them piping hot, straight out of the oven, in lovely baskets alongside a variety of fresh salads. keeping with the traditional British theme we served individual berry trifles as desert.
