The Event
This was a busy wake for a very loved lady, with over 150 people attending to show their support.
We were pleased to cater for the occasion, making sure everything went smoothly for the family and friends during this difficult time. The atmosphere was full of love and remembrance, and we’re grateful to have been part of it.
The Food
During planning with our customer, we decided that with so many people attending and limited seating and space, a simple yet tasty finger buffet would be the best option. This would allow guests to easily stand and eat. We offered a variety of delicious finger sandwiches, sausage rolls, chicken Thai bites, crudités with hummus, and a fresh fruit platter.
