Luxury Finger Buffet – Marlow

We recently had the pleasure of creating a super VIP luxury finger buffet for one of our customers, giving them a taste of what’s coming in our new Brochure this April. The buffet was designed to impress, with a mix of gourmet flavors, fresh ingredients, and indulgent treats.

Guests enjoyed a range of savory bites, including rare roast beef with caramelised onion and horseradish mayonnaise, oak smoked salmon with cream cheese and cucumber, grilled smoked tofu with roasted red pepper and sriracha mayo, halloumi wraps, and classic egg mayo brioche rolls.

The hot and salad selections were equally impressive, featuring sticky teriyaki mini pork sausages, roasted butternut squash with halloumi and beetroot, mini charcuterie skewers, hummus bowls, hot honey chicken bites, fresh leafy salads, crispy chickpea falafels, heritage tomatoes, and prawn skewers with lemon and herbs.

And of course, no luxury buffet is complete without sweet indulgences—our guests enjoyed individual triple chocolate torte, a homemade cake selection including macarons, fresh fruit platters, allergen-friendly cakes, and individual lemon tarts.

This VIP buffet was all about elegance, variety, and unforgettable flavors—a perfect preview of the sophistication and indulgence our new Brochure menu will bring when it launches in April.
