The Event
This particular buffet was prepared for a local office lunch, and it was extra special since it was for a brand-new customer. Like all of our delivery buffets, it arrived with everything needed to make the meal effortless—plates, napkins, wooden knives, forks and spoons, chalkboards labeling each dish, and plastic serving tongs. It’s a complete package designed to make office lunches simple, stress-free, and enjoyable.
The Food
For this office lunch, the team ordered our Mediterranean Cold Fork Buffet for 20 people—a fresh and flavorful spread perfect for sharing. The menu included Turkish chicken kebabs, minted lamb koftas, roasted vegetable and halloumi skewers, creamy hummus, refreshing tzatziki, herby tabbouleh, Greek salad, chickpea falafels, soft flatbreads, and our signature house salad dressing. To finish on a sweet note, they selected two puddings: zesty lemon tarts and indulgent berry pavlovas, served with a bottle of cream. A vibrant and satisfying feast that brought a real taste of the Mediterranean to their lunch table!
