The Event
This was a served American style breakfast for 50 people in a private home. We provided staff to serve the buffet and make teas and coffees. The customer also hired our beautiful vintage crockery and cups and saucers which made the food feel that bit more special.
The Food
We served sausages, bacon, Boston beans, potato hash, pancakes, blueberry muffins, yogurt and granola pots and fruit skewers.
