Team building day at Embers campsite

We catered for a large company's team building day at Embers campsite in Leighton Buzzard. The venue had no kitchen on site so we brought our own marquee and set up a fully equipped kitchen inside, running on a generator. We served a hot buffet of jacket potatoes with toppings including vegan chilli, BBQ pulled pork, baked beans, tuna mayo and cheese, alongside a rainbow salad and filled wraps. No venue challenge is too much for us.
