We were honored to cater a special Earth Day team office lunch event focused on sustainability, wellness, and community. Hosted by an inspiring company committed to green values, the day brought together colleagues to celebrate the planet—and each other.
The Food
Our all-vegetarian buffet was designed to nourish both body and planet. Featuring vibrant seasonal produce, globally inspired flavors, and eco-conscious ingredients, every dish was a celebration of clean, sustainable eating.
We served a variety of fresh, flavorful salads, including a whole wheat pasta salad with super green pesto, asparagus, and edamame. Guests also enjoyed a hearty pearl barley and quinoa salad packed with nuts and nutrients, miso and tofu stuffed peppers, and cheesy spinach and chickpea flatbreads. For dessert, we offered plant-based cupcakes and an abundance of fresh, seasonal fruit.
